Paper friction material

Thanks to the special producing process, performance characteristics can be tailored to suit the demands of various applications. In addition to the general advantage of high friction coefficient, close static to dynamic ratio, smooth and chatter-free engagement, no noise, this kind of material are compounded to exhibit more characteristics by modifying the formula and process parameters, which are high energy absorption capability, excellent stability ,durability and ability to withstand fairly high compressive loads.

Copper - based calcined sheet
Used in dry or wet-running applications of clutches and brakes for tractors,construction machinery,commercial vehicles,high-speed trains,racing cars and industrial applications which are all exposed to specific high load.For these applications, we must provide high quality sintered materials for friction discs.So we apply the inovative materials and technology to ensure our products have very good wear resistance, excellent mechanical strength, high thermal stability and so on.
Copper based spray sheet
Mainly used in wet application of marine gearbox, agricultural machinery axle and transmission syetem, industrial machinery transmission and hoist crane,etc. The material has a brass alloy base along with friction modifiers and produced by spray method.This kind of material exhibits wonderful characteristics because of its special formula and technological process parameters. It has high dynamic friction coefficient , the lower static to dynamic ratio, moderate power and excellent energy absorption capability in sintered metal friction materials for wet running condition.Furthermore, compare to paper friction material,it appears strong thermal stability, better wear resistance and ability to withstand higher compressive loads.
Carbon-based friction material
The carbon-based friction material is improved on the basis of the paper base friction material, and the graphite ratio is higher. The friction coefficient and friction performance can be applied to the more severe working conditions of relative paper base friction materials.
